Hello and welcome to my page! Let me introduce myself. My name is Angel Thurman and I have a passion for fishing! If you love to fish and love the outdoors, I think you will love this page. Let me give you a little background about myself. I was born and raised in a small town in East Tennessee. I was raised in the country and the outdoors has always been a big part of my life.​ Ever since I was a little girl, my Mom and Dad would take me hunting, fishing and hiking. Out of those three, fishing really stuck. I bank fished my whole life and never really thought about buying a boat until I caught the biggest smallmouth I have ever caught. It lit a fire inside me that day that still hasn't went out and is growing stronger all the time. I started working overtime and doing side jobs and was finally able to buy my first boat. Having never driven a boat or anything, it was a little scary at first but I overcame it and I wouldn't ever want to be without one! I try to go fishing as much as I can. I'm always trying to learn new things and better myself on the water. I am very lucky to live close to some awesome fisheries. Watts Bar Lake is my home lake and my favorite lake to fish! I also live close to Chickamauga Lake and I love to fish there also! I fish tournaments when I can and I love to compete with other anglers like myself. I love the sport and I love how far it has came. I try to be the best angler I can be on and off the water. There's one saying I try to live by and that's "be kind, be humble but be a beast"!
